i love this game. if you enjoy vampire survivors type gameplay this has a bunch of stuff you'll like and getting to play with others is very fun. The matchmaking works great to play with strangers if you don't have friends set up and the chat is using hotkeys so there isn't any ego to deal with. I'd imagine it would be fun to play with friends and laugh at each other. To play with Friendly Fire off, you need to select a Covenant which is an empty bubble at the bottom right when you get ready to match make. It took me a bit to figure it out but there are lots of people who play without being able to hurt each other.
I really look forward to this game progressing and playing more!

a Battletech wet dream

I'm having a lot of fun. Lots of free rewards and morph forms given for quest rewards in each area. A really fun dual weapon skill system and i'm looking forward to playing more and getting into group dungeon content.

EDIT: Still playing. Making 6 to 8000 lucent (real money currency) a month just from spending dungeon tokens and converting purple gear to extracts or lithographs for auction house. you dont have to spend money to play this game. Join a good guild and help eachother get gear drops. The PVP is heavily reliant on numbers but there is a lot to do with friends and lots of random parties to clear content with even if you dont have friends in game.

Good Fun unlockable dodge-tastic survivor horde frenzy extraordinaire!

Just plain fun! So many unlocks! Lots of different characters with their own simple bonuses. So much could be fleshed out in the future of this game but the basics are all here. I just have issues with how hard the first forest level gets after you survive the werewolves and then the hordes get so big that you cant possibly survive being surrounded 360 degrees for very long even with loads of Garlic XDDDD lmfao, but the game is fun and I keep playing it! Great job to the devs and I hope at some point we can play multiplayer maybe? I'm guessing even just two players would make it much more fun!

All in all i'm glad I purchased the game and it was a very reasonable price. So much fun LMAO. Pure and simple.

I admit that I played this game previously on Playstation with a little couch co-op with my sons, but haven't played it for some time. When I saw it come to Steam I was excited since I play mostly PC. I have really been enamored with the game. I didn't buy into the Diablo 2 hype and I love action RPG's. I knew I liked this game already, but I didn't know how much I needed a game where I can pop in and out for a few minutes or hours at a time. I have so much fun finding new builds and enchanting new armor and weapons, playing with my son co-op is still easily the best thing. It's so easy to join friends games so I applaud them there. The ability to toggle difficulty is great too when you are playing with people or kids who need it to feel a little bit more epic and not as much dying. The difficulty is definitely there though if you are trying to get the highest level artifacts and weapons/ armor. I really enjoy the game and I hope to continue playing it here on PC for quite some time!

I am very pleased with the actual content of the game. It feels really great and fluid in combat. The animations are excellent, and I even like the way they split up the weapon trees into two different flavors so there is quite a bit of planning you can do for each build you like. Putting in Attribute points is something we haven't done in a while and I like it! The crafting is excellent so far, and the Harvesting is really satisfying to me as well. Right from the beginning they get you going with all the basics and it just feels good. I am excited to play more and I really made sure not to get too much info on the game or get hyped before hand. I wanted to experience it when it came out and it hasn't disappointed yet. When the queues die down in the next few days it will really be at a sweet spot. It's excellent being part of a brand new MMO launch and this game has quite a bit of exploration and adventure that I plan to see.

I hope I play this for a good long time, but I'll have to revisit this review with more info as I play more.

EDIT: 90 hours in and still having fun. Just hit level 30. I've been doing a lot of crafting and harvesting. Lots of quests and stuff. I'm having a great time!

One of my favorite games to ever come through Steam. I thoroughly enjoyed L4D the original game, and this sequel added a lot more cool stuff including new bad guys to control during Player VS Monster online matches. The game still holds up to today's standards even though it is pretty old at this point. I Would encourage anyone who enjoys FPS games, or zombie games in general to pick this up. It's extremely fun to play with friends, but can also be fun to play solo with computer team mates as well. Good luck and watchout for the hordes!

It's chill and you can get lost in it and forget that you're supposed to clear quests to keep getting tiles or else you run out and have to start over. That's not a bad thing though, because you get to use new things you've unlocked in your last playthrough. Replayability is what this game is about. It's very relaxing if you only have a few minutes or don't feel like getting into anything heavy for an hour while you drink your morning coffee or afternoon coca-cola. Have fun and be well.
