Do you enjoy grinding to make your character stronger? Getting satisfaction from seeing those elusive items with 1% rate you've been farming for so long finally drop? Spending countless of hours and hours to min-max your character or customize them to look drop dead gorgeous? A completionist that enjoys collecting everything a game has to offer?
If you're any of the above, I strongly recommend checking out Wayfinder, an offline loot based action-RPG with crossplay and optional peer to peer co-op up to 3 players. For the price of $24.99 without discount, this game is an absolute steal for the amount of replayability it has to offer.

With the release of 1.0, there are a total of 8 Wayfinders, each with 4 different abilities and playstyles that can be easily unlocked throughout your adventures in the world of Evenor. Over 40 different weapons across 9 types to choose from, each with their own unique weapon ability. Multiple armor sets for every Wayfinder that provide stat boost which you can mix and match depending on how you want to built them. Last but not least, a 2 storey apartment with balcony that you can customize and decorate to your heart's content while taking a break from the grind.

Everything that was previously designed for microtransaction during the live-service period such as cosmetics, housing decorations together with weapons and armors are now loot drop from bosses, chest rewards and events found in the 3 open world areas or procedurally generated dungeons called Expedition in the game.

This has truly been a long, arduous and challenging journey for Airship Syndicate. I'm glad they manage to find the way to salvage Wayfinder, turning it into a singleplayer experience despite getting ditched by publisher Digital Extremes and facing 2 rounds of layoff in 2024. This shows that they genuinely care and are committed to delivering a finished product which people will love and continue to enjoy for the many years to come, setting an example for others out there that leaving your beloved game to die is never the only option.

Please also consider checking out the Critical Role Supporter Pack if you wish to further support Airship Syndicate, or recommending this game to people and friends you think will enjoy playing.

PS: There are mounts available in Wayfinder too and they DO NOT cost $90.
