My favorite game: Fable - The Lost Chapters

It is one of the best RPG I have ever played. You are a boy destined for greatness, but just like Spider-Man you do not seem to be able to catch a single break from traumatic hardships. When your hometown is attacked by bandits, you are rescued by a stranger who turns out to be one of Albions greatest heroes. Through trials and tribulations you are trained to be a hero at the Heroes Guild, but will you be a shining beacon of hope despite all the hardships or will you let your thirst for vengeance consume you?

It features an alignment system (light and dark) with different random NPC reactions, ability options and different named NPC reactions (think Bioware but more in-depth). The aging system which, to my knowledge, was only ever used one more time by Sloclap for their game Sifu. Property ownership with both renting and "living" in all or almost all towns. Marriage with suitable bachelorettes of the town you own a property in, including but not shown sex (only voice acting and, iirc, stripped naked after the deed has been done) and a "friendship points" system seen in other games like Harvest Moon, Stardew Valley and the "My Time at" Series.

Do not let my playtime on Steam fool you. I finished it on the original Xbox when it first released and finished it several times on PC before I bought it on Steam.
