Składniczki ^^ :
600 g mielonego mięsa (może być drobiowe)
100 g suchego ryżu
wywar drobiowy lub warzywny ok 1,5 l
sól, pieprz
1 cała kapusta
sosik ^^ :
400 g przecieru
4 łyżki wywaru z gotowania
1-2 łyżki mąki pszennej
sól, pieprz, zioła prowansalskie, słodka papryka (po 1/2 łyżeczki lub wedle uznania)
Przygotowanie :)

1.Kapustę obgotować aby liście zmiękły. Delikatnie rozdzielić jeden od drugiego.

2.Ryż ugotować w osolonej wodzie. Na patelni roztopić masło i podsmażyć cebulę.

3.W misce wymieszać ryż z mięsem, cebulą, natką i czosnkiem, doprawić solą i pieprzem.

4.Liście kapusty napełniać farszem i zawijać gołąbki. Układać ciasno w garnku. Podlać koncentratem rozcieńczonym z wodą (1 szklanka). Przykryć i dusić na wolnym ogniu przez około 1,5 godziny. W razie potrzeby podlać wodą, aby się nie przypaliły.
