A great game that's definitely worth the price tag, this was everything I wished Fnaf:SB would've been but with a sesame street coat of paint. The resident evil survival mechanics really make this a phenomenal survival horror experience.

Pretty fun game, incredibly poorly optimized. Constant disconnect issues, 0 quality of life changes made in the enhanced edition, pales in comparison to its sequels. 5/10

Cyberpunk 2077 80/100

Gameplay (Controls, Level Design, Combat, etc.): 9/10
I wouldn’t have already put over 60 hours into the game if it wasn’t any good. It’s an incredibly fun experience which I absolutely recommend picking up if you haven’t. Guns feel good to shoot, and hacking feels really solid. I do have a minor complaint in regards to both driving, which feels clunky and unwieldy. And stealth, which is practically impossible without quickhacks, and even once an enemy does see you, suddenly the whole building goes on high alert, and you fail any and all associated stealth objectives.

Market (Expectations, Controversies, sequels, etc.): 7/10
The game launched with simply too much “hype” and once people got their hands on the game, all of the expectations they had in their heads were immediately let down. This is by no means a fault of the company but simply the players. They were practically forced to release the game even though it wasn’t anywhere near completed and so they began cutting and slashing at features and aspects of the game they deemed “unnecessary” just so they could get it out before christmas and appease the hoard of angry redditors.

Social (Multiplayer, Sharing with Friends, etc.): 9/10
Game doesn’t have a social aspect. And for a story driven, single-player game, it doesn’t need it. A feature which allows players to share screenshots in game, would’ve been a welcome feature though. As the game does feature a very nice photo system.

Narrative (Dialogue, plot, ending, etc.): 8/10
The narrative while excellent in most regards, is extremely predictable. Most points during the playthrough I would end up calling out twists and plot hooks only for them to be realized moments later. Not to say the game is full of those but it certainly does happen at points. There is also, without going into too much detail, a certain annoyance with developing relationships with certain characters only for the game to prevent those relationships from ever being fully realized. I won’t speak much on the multiple endings the game provides but it is nice to allow such a scale of freedom for players who want to control their story from start to end.

Graphics (Aesthetics, fidelity, animations, etc.): 10/10
The game looks stunning, CD Projekt red really managed to capture the sense of scale within this game, and make a city really look and feel like one. The game is also filled with subtle animations which really add to the experience overall.

Technical (Performance, bugs, physics, etc.): 4/10
As of 12/20/2020, the game is riddled with technical issues. Hotfix 1.0.5 Just released and solved some minor issues, mainly for console players. But at its core the game still has lots of technical shortcomings that need to be ironed out before this is a completed experience.

Value (Price, DLC, breadth of content, etc.): 10/10
In terms of value, aside from the technical shortcomings. You are getting a full gaming experience here. I fully believe most players will at some point play this at least more than once, which in my book gives the game full points for value.

Audio (Voice acting, music, sound effects, etc.): 8/10
The sounds and voice acting in this game are extremely well done. The voice actors really manage to capture the feeling of living in night-city. However, I have had several issues where audio improperly plays. Either overlapping other dialogues or simply not playing at all. Even though I would more attribute that to a technical fault, I’m going to place it in the audio section.

Other (My own personal feelings towards the game): 15/20
At its core, the game is okay. And that’s all. People simply expected too much from a game, once again. I’m having fun with it though. Through all the mishaps and crashes, and bugs. It’s still a fun game, and a fun cyberpunk rpg. It’s my belief that by 2022 this game will be an easy 88-90/100, but i don’t think it will ever end up breaking the 90 mark. It simply has too many features that feel like they are missing from the game. Karma/Street Cred, feels almost irrelevant not being tied to any dialogue options, and without the ability to align yourself to a single or multiple factions in specific, akin to Fallout 4, the game can feel like it’s presenting you with the illusion of choice, where there is often none.
