I actually really like the game itself and I left a positive review after 126 hours.

But after 215 hours, I received a temporary ban for 30 days, although I never used cheats or exploits. This is my first ban in 15 years of playing multiplayer games. Saying I was surprised would be an understatement.

I understand that erroneous bans happen, they've happened in many popular games, but the developers quickly fixed the issue and unbanned players if they were genuinely playing fairly.

I don't know why I was banned, and that's what irritates me the most, no one can explain why. The notification when I log in says I violated the code of conduct.
I decided to write a negative review after being banned for 17 days due to the lack of any support from Embark Studio. Like many others experiencing this problem, I contacted support on the website, but for a long time I received no response, and only once every five days would I receive an automated email saying a response would be delayed. And then, after 14 days, I received a standard response stating that the ban was correct.

No information about why I was banned. It feels like the situation is simply being ignored. They use AI to process tickets, and it feels like they didn't even check the reason for my ban. Getting help in the Discord channel was also impossible; ban discussions are either closed or manipulated. In fact, the problem really is widespread. I don't have exact numbers, but dozens of new threads are created in the bug discussion thread every day.

This situation raises serious concerns about how the studio handles bans and player support. There's no support on the website, community managers on Discord who ignore the problem, and a CEO who thinks their anti-cheat works. After watching the latest IGN interview with Patrick Söderlund, it seems there is a disconnect between what is being communicated publicly and what players are experiencing.

I'll change my review back to positive when Embark Studio admits their mistakes and fixes their anti-cheat.
I really want to keep playing this game, but the situation doesn't allow it :)

I was very pleased with the quality of the game at launch, without bugs or optimization problems. Which is rare these days :)
