9 maps. 9 maps for 70 bucks. That's all there is, they just either shorten the map or expand it based on the mode. Sniping feels weird, IDK how else to explain it. Recoil was overtuned a smidge too much. The default rocket sucks and there is no way to get lucky on aircraft with it. Game is good, just feels like another beta.

I am absolutely loving this game. Weapons feel unique, there is heavy run variety with upgrades and equipment load outs. Locations are pretty, especially the 3rd location. However I have crashed 3 times now during runs, losing all progress made during them. Seems to be a major instability issue related to alt-tabbing or opening steams overlay. I still recommend it though.

8/22/25 - They fixed the alt-tab crashing, however now there is an issue with the third mini-bosses hp (at least it feel like it) and I have noticed many boss attacks are truly unavoidable (like the second main bosses arena size circle wave). Best to run a dps build from the get go or else feel like all main bosses are a slog.

While i give a positive review i would give some recommendations to the core game play. Make each upgrade zone forced. if you miss the chest force me to choose the path regardless, actually get rid of chests, only forced zone upgrades. The healing is dog water. a full 3 second heal for partial heals? Ew.

Exbo has yet again made another poor decision for the player base in order to scrape every dollar they can from the players. A hard cap on daily season points to limit progress and force players with limited time to play only certain events, or be forced to purchase levels at a hefty price. But dont worry the levels will be discounted like usual to elicit more spending.

I love this game. However it is not a rogue-lite. You beat each "chapter" and start a new after each boss fight. This is not the power fantasy rogue-lite i was expecting. Its a good chapter based rouge-esk. but other than that its eh. Good fun for what it is, but i want to build an OP build from hour 1. I hope they build upon that.

Honestly i don't write reviews typically unless i hate or dislike the game. Vampire Hunters is different. I love this game. honestly the most chill and also fun game i have played in a long time. i fully recommend it!

It has a lot going for it. Sadly beyond a first time launch I doubt i will be back. The issues are enough to annoy you and make you quit. Like starting each race and because it's a shopping cart you start to immediately veer left or right. It makes starting the race each time a toss up between a good line or a bad one. Maybe in time this will change. For right now this is a $5 game at best.

The game is just too poorly optimized at this time. I9 and and 4080 struggling to reach 70 fps with massive lag spikes. It has so much promise once the optimization is handled.

The game has so many flaws with the balancing that it makes enjoying the game difficult. Why can the fastest character use a double barrel shotgun that kills every one faster thatn anyone else. Or the heavy has an rpg that kills everyone with one shot. Some serious balancing needs to be done. But for free its not bad.
