The fact you have to pay $2 to edit your character after creation is criminal. Call me spoiled by Larian Studios and Baldurs Gate 3 but I don't think Capcom knew what they were doing implementing microtransactions in a single player game. Makes no sense. Also, dialogue with many character has their animations as blank expressions with just a moving mouth and no emotion, like it's being controlled by an ai or just designed without the flavor of humanity. Maybe after half a year's worth of patches I can re download and play. But for now, nah I'm refunding.

Edit after many many months: Gave it another shot, the scaling after completing the tutorial is absolutely scuffed. Did multiple sidequests that were available and reached level 15, just to get jumped by a large group of monsters right outside of a starting area. I'm sure I missed something at least, but I had a full squad and was still getting bodied. From the clunky combat to the corporate greed of some mechanics you have to pay for it's just not even worth a further honest effort from me.

Larian Studios have raised the bar for RPG's and set a standard for all developers, I hope the team is satisfied with their work and I'm so glad to play the full released game. PLUS they gave the deluxe edition for free to the early access enjoyers. Love that.

On my 6th playthrough of BG3 and still discovering things I never knew about. The vastness of this game and option choosing never ceases to amaze me. Not a cut and dry RPG and you have to actually pay attention to what's going on and explore new options of different endings and options.

Great game, endless gamemode possibilities. Physics engine makes me laugh every time.
