Very much a love/ hate relationship. Many aspects of Rivals 2 can be frustrating and can feel unfair at times, but these things are getting ironed out frequently. Rivals 2 is also, the best platfighter atm and deserves to achieve that with a larger consensus. I can see this game becoming a Smash hit in the near future.

Best medieval fantasy game, period. Not only that, more video gamey than anything else. Its very challenging but fair rewarding, feels endless but doesn't bore, and offers lore more interesting than LOTR. Elden Ring is the best game we have. No other game offers the amount of quality content for $60, or $70! As a decades long gamer, this is by far the best adventure game I've ever played.

After much needed updating, this game is finally great. Not saying it beats a great by Fromsoftware, but its an amazing and fun adventure through a world I cant stop thinking about. Although some areas are awful, for the most part everything is awe inspiring. Combat is at a nice place too. For an Indie game made by a few inexperienced devs, this game is worth every penny for any souls-like fan or indie adventure rpg fan looking for something new and interesting.
