Editing the review the same night it was posted; Decisions reversed and Democracy moves forward. I might still not agree with other actual development changes to the game itself, but above else, it's still a good one.

Made me do more thinking than I was expecting, but that's good, and while it may be a short game, it kept it from getting dull from being dragged out; did get a bit lost in the end going to collect everything I had missed but other than that, solid entertainment. If you're unsure of it for the price it's at, catch it on sale.

It has been over a decade now since this game was released and still to this day, I haven't given up the desire for a sequal. It's a bit hard to get used to, but very satisfying when you get a handle on it; the only downside I feel it has is that the ending was still left open, especially since the DLC that gave it an actual "ending" never released on steam. It deserves one, if not an ironic ressurection, for a game about ghosts.
