I own both of the physical BOAR Tri-Packs from GMT and this conversion to a digital game is fantastic! For someone new to the series or hex and counter wargames this is a great introduction. The UI is well laid out and easy to follow, giving the player step by step understanding of what is going on. This is the perfect tool to teach someone new to the series how to play. It is also a great way for veterans like myself to get some play in without setting everything up on the table. Pushing cardboard will always be my top choice, but this digital version of the game gets 2-thumbs up from me. I look forward to more battles from the series being added. Thank you devs for this gem!

Played this game a TON in the day, still have many fond memories of this one. The AI bots are OK and do add more to the chaos and sheer numbers of troops on the battlefield. However, nothing can compare to those first couple years of the game with a lively online community and 'real' opponents to match wits against and with in this thrilling WWI themed shooter. The OG and still the best in the series in my opinion. Now blow that whistle and over the top!
