If I could make a game, this is a game I would make, feels like it was made for me. Great game so far.

10/10 game, you should just play it!
I'm happy someone made a game about a concept I had for a game ever since I was a kid just didn't quite know how to execute it. This is a nice execution of said concept :) Fun little game. Would be cool to see a King version of the game perhaps or maybe make a replayable version of the game who knows :)

The sequel somehow improves on a 10/10 game, making it 11/10. Innovates upon existing features and new ones. as well as slightly alters or removes some features from the prequel to replace it with new ones. So far the game is great and addicting and competing with Arc Raiders in my rotation. Very good game but I am no where near finished yet.

Oh and music 10/10.

As a from software game it is definitely underwhelming, and some design choices are questionable at best. This game is like if from software tried to make a BR but halfway through decided it is a terrible idea and changed it into a rouge like game. The issue is they have done it badly.

This game is at best a 7/10. However it is still fun and addicting to play. I always wanted a souls like rouge like, since I played dead cells for the first time.

This game is good, but it's let down by clunkiness in execution and design. Also the sentient pest is the worst boss from software has ever made I can't lie. I would call it a 'successful disappointment.'

Hmmm, why are the enemies respawning infinitely? Why is the game poorly optimized? I have backed this game in 2022, and so far it's looking rough. Has potential though I hope devs don't abandon the game :)

Edit:
Most of the greatly annoying bugs have been fixed, which is good. I have played until floor 3 with 6 deaths. Some thoughts, I liked the floor 2 boss overall. I did encounter a bug (I presume) one of the early enemies in floor 2 was invisible, still killable though.

Now for the I guess some questions/thoughts for the devs to consider.

I am not quite sure what this game wants to be? It was advertised as a rougelike with souls like combat. But it does neither well so far. This is the most rouge not like game I have played. I think it would be worth looking into games like Dead Cells, Death must die, Hades etc. And looking at how they do the rougelike genre. I'm not sure how to explain this but it feels very awkward to play this game as it is not really a rougelike and it is not a souls like either. In other games you would get perks after every level up or pickup etc and you would pick the roll you got. In this game it works similarly but it is a item instead? But there's limited item slots, so it feels kind of pointless for this to be a rougelike system, why not just make the game just a linear story game at this point and have the items be in set places? What I'm trying to get at is, the design philosophy is kind of clashing with itself and should maybe be explored. It feels awkward in a sense to die and progress not being wiped as in I just respawn from the beginning of the level. It feels more like a story game without a story if that makes sense. Dying in this game feels more like I'm playing idk God of war or something, but instead of a checkpoint I respawn at the start of the level. And then it kind of feels like, why should I kill all the enemies again? Just to die to the final boss? Also the levels I presume from what I have played so far, are not randomly generated. Although I realise that is a hard task to achieve in a 3D game compared to games like Hades and Dead Cells, I still feel like there could be a middle ground achieved perhaps if explored.

Now to leave that behind, I think I want to touch on something that's more important and perhaps should be the focus point for now. The combat. It feels like there's potential but it feels off. The parry window is inconsistent I feel. The dodge is kind of awkward in a sense, you can't spam it but it feels like you should be able to, because the enemies attack pretty erratically at times. Another thing is some attacks have circles around them to I believe help with parrying but then some attacks just come out of nowhere. So there's a clash with the circle attacks are much slower therefore have a slight delay in the parry window and then the non circle attacks come out much faster and therefore are more reactionary. It's hard to say how to improve the combat as it is a test and see kind of approach. I think it is worth studying games that have very combat. I think what the market would want and what I personally feel might work for this game is maybe having the combat be more focused on parrying like in Sekiro with an option of abilities. I think the abilities are so far the best aspect of the combat, I think they are fun to use for the most part, my favourite being the spear and stomp (just a note the stomp radius feels slightly off I think due to the nature of aggro of enemies and how close you have to be to maximise effectiveness of the stomp, the stomp should have a slightly wider range.) I think the abilities should not be abandoned as they have an impact of use and feel generally good to use. But I think the main combat needs some more love as the game feels much worse when your mana bar is low.

Overall I think the game has potential, and I think you should perhaps try it for yourself if you like it, but for me it doesn't give me the "I'm addicted, I really want to play this" just yet. Good luck and have fun :P
