I played this game many years ago, when it was owned by Joymax. Back then, it was a disaster.

I really wanted this to be a good game. But not even five minutes into the game, I get a startling reminder as I see the very first quest NPC utter the phrase "That remainds me". One of the first interactions that a player sees is a typo. If the company doesn't care about the game's quality, why should I care about the game?

Was gifted this game by a friend who wanted me to experience it... I guess.

I love the rest of the series, but this game was a chore to get through.

A lot of the characters and interactions are very grating. Between all three main games, I've never disliked this many characters and had such a difficult time choosing who to spend free time with.

I was about 90-95% done with the main storyline, and I stopped. Because I didn't see anything good happening, and I'd rather get started downloading something else.

A friend was sharing spare games from bundles, and I requested this one because it seemed cute. The game is fun and easy, pretty much worth the price. I wish there was a little more to do, but I'm not complaining.

The game aspect is nice, it's frequently updated and balanced.

The problem, though, is the community. This is a social deduction game, which means in every game you'll be interacting with ~15 other people, some of whom have little to no respect for your feelings. And some of the people who oppose you will degrade you and insult you just to boost their chances of winning.

Some people tend to listen to the loudest, WHO TYPE IN ALL CAPS TO GET THEIR POINT ACROSS, instead of the guy who actually has accurate information. Nothing hurts more than having useful information and getting ganged up on by the evils who have each others' backs from the start.

I tried sticking to streamers' games, where I could play with less pressure and hopefully less stress, but I was wrong. All it takes is one good/lucky game before they turn on you and call you a cheater.

If you want to get insulted and called an idiot for $5-10, then go ahead and open up your wallet. Then after you buy this game and play for a bit, take out some more money for aspirin or therapy.
