I just played tf2 after 10 years again and found your scarlet devil mansion map on an old abandoned server, decided to stick arround and explore.

by the end i realised just how long this server may have been running and just hold long it has been since this map has been released.

I know this may not mean much from a stranger but thank you for this amazingly detailed map.

It's ok! Reminded me of the Playstation 1 Tekken 3 demo disc where only Xiaoyu and Eddy were playable, so we'd always duel with those with my friend.

Actually nobody's ever explicitely asked me if they could get a hold of those unfinished projects (I usually get asked mostly about the SDM). But I've spent the past few hours sorting through the backup of my oldest HDD to get those projects into individual folders and uploading them. If you want to try the Academy City map, vsh_AC_alpha9 is actually the best working version, but turn down your volume when loading it.

Looking back a decade ago on all those old projects it's kinda impressive that I managed to make a couple actually successful maps when my workflow was so erratic and dis-orderly. I've come a long way, but now I also don't wish to suffer Hammer any longer.

As for your PL_Netherworld, KOTH_Kourindou, Reimu's Gohei + Rocket Launcher reskin, have you ever released them elsewhere or considered releasing them in their current state? You've already given the complete music list for SDM, and I don't like to ask for much, but I think it would do better on the outside than rotting away on a hard-drive. If you don't wish to, that's 100% cool by me, I have just been archiving a lot old stuff I used to play with and remembered that those projects of yours never saw the light of day.

As for the the Pastebin link it contains the actual MEGA link because as you can see Steam otherwise removes it.

Hello, I'm a humble follower of your creative designs. Would you still have the SDM map open source file?

The easiest way for you to get them would be to get the textures back from the map by using Pakrat (a program which you are gonna need sooner or later if you want to publish a map with some custom assets).

I think I originally created them using screen captures from the games or from google image, so I suggest that you give a shot at re-creating them yourself, it's good practice. Being able to create your own textures or models is a valuable skill as a map maker.

Do you still have the textures for the Touhou power items used in your Vsh Hakurei Shrine map? Namely, the blocks dropped from killing the bat that flies overhead. I would appreciate being able to use these in the creation of a Touhou map for TF2.
