The WWI and Space modes are a really unnecessary addition, but the Napoleonic modes are an especially unwelcome and infuriating inclusion. They only serve to dilute the playerbase into a couple tiny servers. This is a CIVIL WAR GAME, Napo fans have their own games, this game is for ACW fans. I get that the developers were going for an "eras of combat" type deal but I really don't care for time traveling buffoonery. I bought this game to fight in the war between the states.

I'm not trying to diss enthusiasts of the Napoleonic Era but really, they don't need another game, especially one inside of an already small game meant for fans of another time period. The title of the game is Battle Cry of Freedom, the description describes it as civil war game. Napo fans need not apply.

Imagine if instead of adding stuff to the French and British factions they spent that same time and money fleshing out the main game? It is repetitive hearing the same voice actor yell out 1 of 3 variations of "HOLD THE LINE". 25% of the Union Army was an Irish or German Immigrant, where are these voices? Even the rebs had more variety than "generic old man".

I really like the Commander modes, but I am mad enough about the Napoleonic versions that I'm gonna complain about it.
