Best FPS I've ever had the grace of purchasing, the smoothest game play one could veer play in the year 2020 and an extremely optimized game entirely, stunning graphics, that'll make you say, "This is what they call low?" Punishing and rewarding game play that always leaves me yearning for a harder challenge. And battlemode... is battlemode, its special but in the bad way. Unbalanced, and janky, it doesn't feel as if its Doom Eternal it feels like something fit of the mess that is DOOM 3. If updates come for the gamemode lowering latency between teams and improving balancing I still wouldn't call the game mode... exciting. With little to work for and repetitive gameplay its really just not what the community was hoping for. Good thing the campaign is so over the top great to make up for the lackluster multiplayer. 9.7/10

Cant say what its like for new light players but coming from a player who has stayed loyal to destiny 2 since launch and changed to three different platforms. This game is worth a shot, the enjoyment from locations may be only nostalgia but the detailed landscapes and engaging gameplay is enough to keep me shooting and looting for months.

Very fun game to grind and just hack and slash with friends, price is a bit steep as is the price for DLC but they gotta make their money somehow.
