so, i have been playing this gem for the last 2 decades.. id say if you want to burn some time in a incredible sand box.. this is you're game. id recommend some mods though.. to make your experience the best. first would be the gog version of the game, along with GOR (gentlemen_of_the_row, rest in peace) and a decent reshade to get some ray tracing.

games nowadays days feel lackluster.. this one you will have beyond hours of fun.

This game is a nostalgic original with enhanced features such as textures, that do make you reminisce the old good days when you stayed up all night to explore every aspect the game over what appeals to be a intriguing story. Find yourself wondering around every corner with improved lighting to really shine light on the revamp textures adding a crispier atmosphere. bonus also include dual wielding plasmids, an much more i wont spoil if you have a tolerance to run it.

Cons- Games loves to crash on some systems
- Some people have configuration problems
- Game is notorious for eating/deleting your save, resulting in hours of game play lost.
- Dont overwrite you saves... may help. or back up every time you feel the urge to give it
a rest.
- Can get frustrating after you mange to solve on specific area it crashes to just run into
another one.. just sometimes not worth the time with this faulty port..oh well

Fixes- Very complicated subject due to the port in this state but if your crashes consist of saving.. i found it easier to play a session until check points if you have the time. Each check point is when you enter new location or certain cut screens. Than feel free to back up that after you exist to desk top, giving you more room to quick save with not as much of a worry..bout losing your ♥♥♥♥. Just remember to not overwrite older saves... may erase you entire progression..resulting to you probably uninstalling
-Also dont listen to the concerns relating to GPU.. this game only requires a DirectX11
Compatible (though you have a option to run in dx10 dx9 via lunch options.) AMD Radeon HD
7770 / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560.

Sadly i Cant run this on my decent PC without crashes but my calculator with r2 graphics runs it just fine with a little optimization on high.. go figure.
