This is a pretty fun game. I think it strikes a good balance between simplicity and depth. You can have just about everything automated and take control of planes during battles or you can manage logistics and research entirely yourself. It's very customizable. The latest update has improved performance quite a bit. I used to use Lossless Scaling for frame generation just to smooth it out when it was choppy (which was pretty often), but now it isn't necessary. Performance isn't perfect, but it was the biggest problem I had with the game and now it is not that much of an issue. If you've had this on your radar, I'd recommend trying it out now that it's in a better state.

One of the best RPGs in recent years. The level of immersion that you feel is absolutely incredible. There's no feeling quite like hearing Nuptials play while shopping for a gambeson.

One of the best detective games out there. Shadows of Doubt incorporates procedural generation very well which leads to unique cases each time you play. The game can be buggy at times, but most are not game-breaking and can be fixed by reloading a save, if that's even necessary. If you are looking for a detective game with a lot of replay value, this is it.
