nope, it sadly just looks like it has a white patch even though it doesnt. Its probably just the lighting in the picture.

I've stopped using the larger shields and I'm using the blossom kite or slumbering dragon shield, but only for parrying and not blocking. If I were skilled enough, I'd get the illusory ring to fix it lol
