Absolutely a Great Addition too the WH Total War Series I cannot wait till the WH 1 and 2 Content gets added this going to be Fantastic!

Some Pros and Cons about WH3 Total War and this is just my opinion

Pro

Chaos Factions and the Ability to Follow your own Chaos Path
Best Story so Far out of all 3 Games
Far many more Mechanics that are Satisfying than 1 and 2


Cons
--------
Going to have to wait till the last 2 games Content will be added so only Limited Factions so far
Game has a bit of a learning curve at first
Better have a decent computer if you do not welcome to Turn Lag City!

So Far I would give it a solid 8 out 10 and a must have if your a Warhammer Fantasy Fan
