Lost the magic.

DO NOT BUY. I've owned since day one. Did testing for years. This game is a scam.

I waited sooooo long for Frost punk 2........I couldn't get passed two hours of gameplay.. Made me refund and re-install frostpunk 1. Hopefully their next titles go back to the roots. I didn't like to the changes, somehow feels like a shell of a game. it's missing the soul and engine I fought so hard to keep on in FP1

I prefer guild 2

My wife and I have experienced countless great adventures. My friends and I have dunked on many creatures. One by one all great bugs fell to my mint mallet. Kings of the yard we became. The opportunity to grow big again came, yet little we stayed.

Only good if you join BEAR/URSA ;)

*EDIT* The game hasn't received an update in almost a year. I can't recommend it anymore, devs lasted a couple months - got traction and tailed?

Pros
- M&B vibe
- Combat is decent
- Large world to explore
- Decent economy system
Cons
- No autosave? lol...***********
- Sieging system isn't all too great.. Constant attacks by 100+ man groups, even if you win, you'd get more loot from raiding a village then that grand battle which makes no sense
- Capturing land is confusing, you raid towns to capture them, still not sure how to take monastaries or villages.
- Zero diplomacy
- No way to heal other then over time
- lack of character custamization - can't name yourself, barely feel like you're a player in the world
- Quest story is fairly boring, lackluster

Overall I like the game, but hope to see work done on sieging mechanics, rate at which AI attack your towns, rate at which you can recruit ( Be able to recruit directly for your garrisons please ) and I'd like to feel more relevant on my character. Yes, at higher levels you do get stronger but just doesn't feel impactful.
