Oooh, nice, yeah, I can definitely see that vibe on the model. Also that must of sucked to not be able to do, I mean I feel like maybe nowadays it could have been pulled off but I understand at the time, still a fun tidbit regardless. @Dormniess the helmet model was pitched by the modeler of the project. And I just ran with it. The theme for this unit was "sci-fi metrocop" so I've just ran with it and turned it into an advanced police unit.

There was supposed to be an additional Phoenix variant with white and gold styling but due to source engine limitations of rendering metallic surfaces, I've had to can the idea.

hey, im dorm, i had a quick question about the mp pack. What was the inspiration of the Phoenix Metrocops, specifically their gasmasks and vest? They always had a very strange design to me so I wanna see where the idea originated for them.

@Speed Racer the addon was released more than 10 years ago and provided "as-is", feel free to make your own version of it that fixes the original issue.
