From someone with 500+ hours from battlenet:
Absolute trash. Hates their own community. Does not know how to balance heroes (healers should not be DPS on their own). Ranking system is completely broken. Does not know how to run an eSports league. Stole OW1 from everyone who bought it (we should still have our original purchase).

Would not recommend to any new players. For those who miss OW1, and haven't played in a few years, avoid this.
