Seems like a good deal... why shouldn't the superior men get to breed the inferior men's wife? That's only natural! In this scenario the boss is not only physically superior but also financially superior.... He doesn't have to give the guy a promotion to breed his wife, she would have bred with the boss 100% of the time because he is the alpha male.
