Early Access Review
A fun narrative with an interesting mechanic. If you enjoy dialogue trees in RPG's, this game is for you. Also if you get anxious about making choices that change outcomes and end up making dozens of saves so you can go back to see what you missed, that's effectively the core game mechanic! I enjoyed loop 1 and look forward to seeing the remaining parts as they come.

One of the best games I've ever played. Constantly reinvents itself all the way through. Excellent story, music, aesthetic, etc. You probably already know if you want to play this game, I encourage you to go ahead and give it a try.

Great aesthetic, great music, and a story with a surprising amount of depth. A little buggy right now in some spots, but the devs are very quickly patching anything major and are listening to community feedback. Combat is fun and the different classes all feel really satisfying. Maps throughout the game are well designed and fun to explore. The sidequests range from heartwarming to heartbreaking to outright hilarious. I really enjoyed my time with this game.

I bounced off of this game twice before I finally gave it a shot. I had a hard time putting the jigsaw pieces of the story together at first, and the controls of the ship have a moderate learning curve. The soundtrack was so good, though, it kept me coming back even though it didn't connect with me at first. Once I figured out how to use the rumor mode in the ship's map, I started to see the shape of the narrative and was able to explore areas with more purpose. This game is a true sandbox; everything you do and learn in the game is done so entirely at your own pace. It was overwhelming at first, but once you figure out how to pull at the thread of this game, you will unravel one of the most profound experience that I've ever seen in a video game.

Probably one of the most important games released this year. A very emotionally powerful story with an incredible soundtrack. Gameplay feels like a classic adventure game that you don't see as often these days. Levels are gorgeous and will leave you wanting to dwell in them. Hazel is a great character and I loved playing through her journey. Really hope this game gets the success it deserves and to maybe see more of it in the future

Hilarious and fun. A great sandbox full of silly hidden secrets and puzzles. Really nails a nostalgic aesthetic for early ps1/n64 era games. Highly recommend!

The gold standard for what a remake of a game should be. Incredibly faithful to the original while still innovating on the classic formula. I am amazed at the number of times I walked into a room, recognized what scene was about to happen, and yet was still surprised by the fresh take on the encounter or puzzle. The new stealth mechanics are a great addition, but don't expect to be able to Metal Gear Solid your way through the game. Usually, your only option is still to stand your ground and fight, but there are a few section where stealth can really change how you approach a fight. A great tribute to the original that breathes new life into the franchise.

Use Your Words 2 keeps everything that worked great in the first one while adding content that improves upon it's formula. Games move quickly between rounds, while giving players plenty of time to write their prompts. I really appreciate that the timer on each round doesn't start until the first player submits their response. As with the first game, the house answers are deceptively funny. Highly recommend
