I think the devs are addressing the 60fps issue and are going to update it soon. Hope they do.

Manin would you like to watch movies and tv-shows in 12fps instead of the regular 24fps? 60fps is the expected standard, not 30fps.

God all you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ whining about FPS are pathetic. Absolute cancer of the gaming community. Do you ♥♥♥♥♥ every time you watch a movie? Because they don't run at 60FPS. Don't know how you get through life if you cry every time something on a screen is below 60FPS, ESPECIALLY when the developers say they're going to fix it anyway.
