Fallout 76 is an odd experience. When this game came out it was devoid of many of the features that are here today including living npcs. Now it has had somewhat of a No Mans Sky turnaround in the sense that it has finally evolved into the game it should have launched as to begin with. That being said I still loved and enjoyed the janky mess it was and even got the platinum trophy on PS4 all those years ago. Now playing it again it sparks as much joy as it ever did but still is rough around the edges.

Pros:
-Base building finally worth it in a Bethesda game because other players can interact and visit your camps and see the fruits of your labor and decorating.
-The community is one of the most wholesome and I always run into players willing to help out both veterans and new players alike.
-The basic fallout structure is still intact and if you enjoy the basic game play cycle of doing quests killing stuff and looting its all here.
-Being able to play with friends and take goofy photos and craft your own adventures.

Cons:
-AI can be downright broken at times. Sometimes you will encounter enemies not moving or even aware you are shooting them.
-Can get into a repetitious cycle if only focusing on solo questing.
-Some texture issues and pop in still occurs as well as being able to get stuck in many objects such as rocks.

Overall it is a very worthwhile game in my opinion granted you come in with an open mind and understand it is a multiplayer fallout game where the cool stuff happens with you and other players and not so much with the actual main quest line.

My gay friend playsnthis game like a heroin user shoots ups a daily shot. He is a sad little man and he certanly looks like a damn bastard for playing such a ♥♥♥♥ game. Far too early to be considered fun but my friend has slight autism and finds simple things amusing (we cut up his food for him) and his judgement should not be taken seriously. Although if you are a fan of oversaturated WWII games with nothing new too offer with no shine then go ahead its free anyway.
