The main reason for this misunderstanding is that I only realised later that I had a debuff which made me have an unaware status which caused me consternation as I didn't normally use this addon as Ghostface and didn't remember it existing. Also, my number of hours has nothing to do with it, I don't play the game regularly and I've only just returned to it after a few months break. My bad, sry.
