It's a ST4000DM006.

I got it from my dads work a few years ago, so I'm gonna assume its about 3 years old, and was once used in a server. CrystalDisk shows it still has good health, although a 8TB Barrucada of the same model I gave to a friend failed in a few months and he had to take it to a data recovery center :P
