This game can be addicting and time consuming so fair warning for those who are casual players. Over the almost 2k hours I have found this game to be the best survival game for the decade. I have played other games like dayz, scum, and many other survival aspect games. This game brings some seriously creative base aspects that are easy to learn and play. the electricity is easy to figure out after maybe one or 2 youtube videos. The monuments are very fun and cant wait to see the updates to come to them. If you are playing this game solo I recommend starting on a solo server where you can only play solo if you are trying to start this game. There are also noob friendly servers for those who wanna practice building and doing monuments with other players. Overall as long as you play the right servers when you are starting you will be eventually ready to go into the real hardcore servers to test you skills. Just always remember this is rust, you cannot trust many people. Have Fun. Ignore the toxic people. Most importantly have fun and play to your liking!
