Hands down the greatest real time strategy game I have ever played. Highly recommend. The only downside is that Paradox likes to release what should be free updates or even parts of the base game as paid DLC.

A fun game that goes all the way from basic survival to empire building. Each stage of life is its own game and a different genre entirely.
