The crafting in The Forest is something I'm having fun with, and I hope to see more items added in the future. The map is really large and with tons of nooks and crannies to explore, over 15 caves that will put hair on any boys young chest and the recent addition of a new one had me jumping for joy. Recipes are something easy to work with like to make a bow you need "rope" "cloth" and "sticks".

You will die in this game. You will curse your bad luck, you will shout with joy upon finding a rarer item such the flare gun or Explosives, and you will ♥♥♥♥ your pants when you see a native jump at you screaming like a valaca raptor. This is the game for people who like a challenge. This is also the game for people who want to relax and prefer to play on an easier difficulty so they can explore and experience all this game has to offer "vegan mode".

The Forest is a delight to your senses. This is the longest review I have ever given any game, and I have not stopped recommending it to friends. The Forest is by far my favorite game of this year and If you prefer constant action games and do not like occasional repitition, this may not be the game for you. Or maybe it is, because there is always going to be adventure and I doubt you haven't experienced a game like it before. Pick it up, give it a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed but as your at it please dont get lost in the trees......
