Ciorbă de pește din Dunăre

Ingrediente:

1 kg pește (crap, somn, știucă)
2 cepe
2 morcovi
1 ardei gras
2 roșii
1 litru borș
3-4 cartofi
pătrunjel, leuștean
sare, piper
Mod de preparare:

Fierbi legumele (ceapa, morcovul, ardeiul, cartofii) tăiate cubulețe.
Adaugi roșiile tăiate și borșul fiert separat.
Peștele curățat și porționat se adaugă la final, fierbe 10-15 minute.
Condimentezi cu sare, piper și verdeață (pătrunjel și leuștean).
Servești cu ardei iute!
