Fantastic Co-op game. Great season model, no purchase of in game stuff with cash is necessary.

Great game. It's really a high-end indie title and if you come in with that kind of expectation you'll have so much fun.
It's currently in a Beta as of my time of playing. Same type of issues Vermintide 2 had for its first 6 months.
If you've played Vermintide 2 during that time, then these issues I'm going to list will come as no surprise.

-If you play 10 matches, expect to D/c from 3 of them. There's is a reconnect feature and it almost always works. So no big deal. - Servers have occasional instability going on, but are reliable enough to enjoy yourself without worry. -Just like Vermintide 2 the game BADLY needs optimization. This is one of the handful of games that really taxes your CPU and GPU. DLSS and FSR (1 and 2) really help here, but expect to be in the 50-90 range. And yes you will experience that entire frame space. - Limited number of missions ,but they are fun and the difficulty really keeps it engaging. - Melee and ranged weaponry has solid variety, playstyle, and random modifiers/buffs congruent to the rarity (blue, purple, etc). Leveling isn't grindy, although it likely will be as they expand. Classes feel fun, if not a little lacking in diversity of feeling - Everyone has access to almost every weapon type, so it's a trade off.
Enemy Variety is AMAZING. Detailed, true to lore, and tough.

I will say, this might be some of the most engaging, clever, and functional AI I've ever seen. Impressive from a small team like this. Enemies take cover, making fighting retreats and establish points that advantage them. The specialist enemies (gunners, trappers, flamers, mutants, monstrosities, etc) are what really takes this into S tier. There are so many different types of "elite" enemies and they are involved in almost every fire fight.

For $40, give this game a shot. The first 10 levels ( 3-4 hours of gameplay)O may feel slow, even like a slog, but you will truly enjoy it thereafter. (weapons, ability, and mission variety open up at level 10 big time)

If you have friends that you regularly play with, this is a must buy. No brainer. It's the best 1-4 player co-op we've seen in years.

Solid rogue-like for an incredible price. Very challenging game but the mechanics kept me engaged and interested.

A decent game with good production values that portraits the Star Wars world in excellent detail. Unfortunately, there's no 3rd person mode in this game, it's just cockpit view. I tried, but could never really get orientated with it. So if you're looking to scratch that old Rogue: Squadron itch from back in the day, this won't scratch it.

Huge amount of additional content that has dramatic impact on replay-ability - even if you're a veteran of the game and got tired of it. Brought me right back in.

Simple to learn but you'll need the wiki open for item effects. Good support from dev. Addicting, especially with a group.

One of the best hidden gems out there. This game is an excellent old school platformer that brings the genre back to it's glory days with all the bells and whistles of modern gaming. Technical aesthetics are well done, cinematics are good, plot is solid, combat and interactive mechanics flow well and feel natural. Characters are very cool, and most importantly this is just great fun. It's not excessively repetitive like a lot of other platformers either, which is impressive considering that this game is atleast 20 hours long to complete a playthrough. Now that is value.
