Wasn't sure about this game after the server slam and have never been a huge fan of third person shooters but I then fought more of the Arc than just the flying ones and it sold me. Watching their logic and how they fly and move to try and hunt you is incredible. There is the normal extraction pvpve ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with betrayals and all that but any Tarkov or Rust players will find this game kind of refreshing with how casual it is. There is no restrictions on free loadouts and you can do most of your quests with them so there isn't really gear fear in this game. The weapons are mainly balanced around killing Arc and less balanced around killing players. Really fun gadget and movement interactions with the world. Couple all of that with Arc being strong and definitely something that you need to deal with almost more than other players and this game is turning out to be one of my favourite games of all time. Hope they keep the same philosophies and just improve on all aspects.

This game has an incredible foundation but it could live or die on it's potential mods, or lack there of (let someone else code MP into it and build a server client). As much as it's cool to have a single person doing all of the work and making all of the design decisions, this could be the first person gonzo Valheim if the dev lets it.
