I have honestly yet to play a game as unstable as this.
Even on the latest build, native linux or proton with a half-million different settings tweaked, it remains horribly unstable.

At any random time, atleast once per hour, the game will either freeze my system, or spike the memory usage 30gb, and THEN crash after OOMing my system.

Its a... slow game when its not crashing, with progression made difficult by the instability since at any moment it could crash forcing you to remain in places that are as safe as possible.
