Real good needs more chapters

The look and atmosphere of the game is great, but it's lacking in gameplay.

In a game focused on player-npc interactions, the NPCs are very generic and forgettable. The same dialogue and dialogue options are repeated with multiple NPC's. You can't tell them apart, even though they look different.

Thousand Threads isn't listed as early access, but at its current state, its not worth $20. What it's trying to do doesn't feel finished.

Horribly boring. You have to rely on your dog to kill enemies, and if he takes too much damage and runs, you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥. Fighting multiple enemies is already hard, but without any combat skills it's impossible. Sure you can go for stealth kills, but they are for sure going to turn around before you can hold F long enough. Frequent dying combined with limited saves and long walking distances makes the gameplay unbearable. The only redeeming thing about playing this DLC is the story, which you won't get to experience, because your too busy trying to find flowers and cloth in the dark.

Very basic tutorial, controls were confusing and the game was very unpolished. I would consider the game an impressive first project, but not a finished product.

Unturned has a lot of potential. It's still a fun game but needs some ironing.
