Sometime balance isn't fun for some people, sometime overpower is fun for some people, sometime certain people just loved to death by lose lot by playing underpower/useless.
Might well gave people a option silder of nerf to buff bar for every skil/telnet of thier personal game play style, one might want summor do limited one summon ally for limited time and power to unlimited number of summon with unlimited ally for unlimited time and unlimited power, anywhere to thier taste, because one might find that is not fun while other do find that fun, let gamer choice nerf, buff, balance, because sometime balance isn't fun to play to some people.
It's all down to core, people always want to win with thier own gameplaying because not everyone enjoy same gameplay, some like sneaking and try to stay alive, some like to hit and run to stay alive, some like to summon, some like raw power and face on without drying or dead, so go on.
If you get back 5 you're beautiful. ..
