The concept and aesthetics are fantastic, however, after some hours there's a kind of repetition to the gameplay that begins to become tedious. The game either needs more game modes, or some more mechanical complexity to keep things interesting.

Seeing only 3 tiles in advance also feels like an artificial impediment to strategic planning. there has been many sessions where, had I seen the next 5 or 6 tiles, I could have planned adequately to complete some quests before running out of tiles.

Overall not as good as RE2 Remake, but the new shop system gives the game more replayability than its predecessor.

Disappointingly, there is no real reward for completing all achievements in the "records" section, except insofar as you'll have collected enough points to buy all the shop items.
