Level-5 does such good work. Absolutely phenomenal game. Devs are constantly responding to feedback. Can't wait to see what kinds of dlc we get.

This gets me hopeful for an updated version of the original 3DS game. (And maybe somehow possibly White Knight Chronicles?????????? I need them back, pleaseeee!!!!!!!!)

Early Access Review
Really damn good game. Excited to see what content gets added in the future.

Edit: Really hope they survive this bs lawsuit. I love Pokémon but the lawsuit is arbitrary af. Commend these guys for continuing to work on the game even while they deal with that.

Add an option to mute that stupid stadium announcer. Add favorites option for weapon skins.

Bought this day 1 on the Switch and finished it. Great game with lots of fanservice but it unfortunately looked like garbage on the Switch. This fixes that problem entirely with its new graphics options. Game runs buttery smooth and looks fantastic on my low-mid tier pc so if you didn't get / didn't like the Switch version, definitely get this.

Everything from the Switch version still exists such as the gift codes for the King Slime and Killing Machine and the online aspect stays as well. I am currently unsure if there is anything new but I will update this if I find anything. Here's hoping that they decide to drop the new DQ Monsters on Steam and other platforms as well day 1 instead of exclusivizing it to the Switch and shadow dropping it here later like they did with this.

I knew this game was going downhill once they slowed deathslinger's ADS and buffed dead hard.

Aight so this is a really cute lil gift by good ol' Sega. I didn't grow up a Sonic fan/player but I can totally see why the fans like this. The art, music and attention to detail is really well done, especially for a free game that takes about 1-2 hours to complete. I'd say defo give this a play for obvious reasons and so you can find out why Sonic did a Petah. That aside, I wonder if Sega has future plans for the player character. (I named him Nills but I'd guess the canon name is Barry.) Would be pretty cool to see a likely one-time character make another appearance.

Yes, "Dragon: Like a Yakuza" is finally out.
To preface, I've never been a huge fan of hack and slash type games but this is quite enjoyable.
Following the events of Persona 5, the world somehow manages to find itself facing ruin once again and that likewise means that it's time for the Phantom Thieves of Hearts to be wrongfully accused by the police yet again.
The visuals are great and the music is top-notch as always. The first dungeon's theme song "Loving Wonderland" along with "Welcome to the Jail" and "Last Surprise - Scramble" have to be my favorites so far.
Sidenote: I found a girl in a box and now she lives in my phone!
Spoiler: One thing about this game that's kinda upsetting is that Sumire and Akechi are absent both in game and in story from what I can tell. Though, I'm sure there are reasons for this given that one is probably at (inter)nationals and the other might be dead or in police custody or something, who knows.
I will most likely be updating this review again once I finish the main story.

This game is absolute perfection. I'd never played a Persona game prior to this one and I have to say that I'm already a big fan. Everything from entering Kamoshida's palace to Maruki rolling up in a taxi it's all really fun.
The gameplay is amazing. I'm a huge fan of turn-based combat given that I grew up playing Dragon Quest so this is perfect. The all-out attacks and Showtimes are definitely my favorite parts of it. Each character having their own special moves and scenes makes it feel so alive as well.
The characters are perfect. I totally thought that some of the non-party confidants were gonna end up being kinda generic but I'm extremely happy that I was wrong. Each and every one of them have such bright and unique personalities, none of them feel forced or shallow. Never thought I'd end up liking a politician, even in a video game. Yoshida gets my vote!
The romance scenes with the female characters are really sweet. True to life, it's advised that you don't go and tell each one that you love them in a single playthrough or there WILL be hell to pay. I ultimately chose Haru because she's damn precious and I was hoping maybe she'd stop murdering me at Tycoon. She didn't.
As for the music, this sh𝗶t is Pokémon levels of banger. That being said, the Starlight battle theme "Groovy" along with "Gentle Madman", "Price (Another Version)" and "A Woman (Another Version)" have to be my favorites.
It's not really my place to say this but if you're interested in trying out the Persona series, I'd say that this one is a phantastic place to start. I'm sorry
Really excited to see how Persona 6 turns out!
                            Rest in peace, Billy Kametz
