I can give you a empty template once ive done with thte release including some tools to install that will allow you to pack build sign and distribute a mod.

ahha you could make a gear mod for the mod. (so basicly it will become a modmodmod) adjusting some gear. its not super hard to make your self. the pbo process is more complicated.

DUDE! That Black Order mod is exactly what I had invisioned a lil while back for something I wanted to make myself. It would have been theamed on a current day version of Cobra Organization (from GI Joe). Complete with scientist and everything. This is an awesome find for me. Just recently getting back into Arma 3 and I get this mod. What a present!. Thank You.
