There are some reviews that critique the controls but I feel the limited nature of them adds to the frenetic feeling you have when you are under fire. Just like how clumsy a real firefight would feel, I often walked into objects and barely captured someone within my vision when taking them out. It was a lot of fun. The attitude and atmosphere for the game is phenomenal. I agree with other reviewers that it feels "Flash-like", but more specifically like a shockwave game. It's very impressive and I loved the design decisions made to communicate the world that the game takes place in. Please continue development and expand on the elements here - this game will pop off.

The team behind this game has outdone themselves again, and from the depths of Edmund's twisted and created mind, a new instant classic is born. The emergent gameplay and mechanical feedback loops have been thoughtfully and intricately crafted to give players something to really gnaw on each time they play - that's before you even get into the breeding and house upgrading. Just like with Isaac, immense care has been taken with realizing a vision. 5 stars.

its pretty good

game crashes every time I get into a match. I tried this twice off of a fresh install. I dont know I can play cyberpunk 2077 on high settings but uno crashes without fail every single time. they are playing us for damned fools

Brawlhalla is pretty fun, but for some reason without fail, after consecutive matches of friendly 2v2s online, the game will start lagging out and getting all wonky. the framerate gets choppy, to like, 15-20 fps. I have no idea why this happens, thought it was just my steam deck, but I just had the same thing happen to me on desktop. Really weird, and kind of kills the fun in playing online.

Risk of Rain is one of those rare games that comes along and blows your expectations out of the water. It really seems like a quite simplistic concept for a rogue-like game, but the artistry and music beneath the surface create a surprisingly deep experience. It's a rich world with an interesting story that takes a backseat to gameplay most of the time, but the item descriptions all hint at pieces of a much larger puzzle. Each character is unique and interesting with their own playstyle, and there are plenty of achievements to encourage further replay value! This game might not have the 3rd dimension that it's sequel has, but what it lacks in geometric depth, it makes up in figurative depth.

Amazing soundtrack, stylish pixel art with memorable creature designs, sharp gameplay, and an interesting and mysterious story. Highly recommend!

This game is bananas. I had a fun time with it. My only gripe was that after I completed the short story, I did not have more to play. Replay value is only applicable if you care about the scores. I do, but you might not! Still very enjoyable.

This was an awesome buy, get this game, make your friends get this game, get friends, rob actual physical stores, good deal.

To keep it short, Terraria is one of the biggest "bang for buck" games I've ever purchased. The game has been updated in major ways several times over the decade that it's been in my library - I've gone through countless playthroughs and worlds, some with friends and lots without. There's a whole lot to do these days, but don't let the depth of the game turn you off from starting up your own story... there's countless things to discover at your own pace.

Better than Minecraft, any day. E-Z.
