Difficulty: The game is hard- not because of good game design, but because of bad game design.
Controls: Keyboard and mouse feels horrible; have yet to try on controller which I'm sure feels much better

Game does not work. Crashes consistently after reaching a certain point. Game files verified, drivers fully up to date, PC specs not an issue. I cannot get a refund due to play time even that has almost all been afk or spent trying to get the game to not crash. Do yourself a favor and don't buy yet another broken ubisoft game.

CS:GO Review
Really great game. Tons of hours for the cost. Not P2W, only pay for cosmetics. Toxic community, but amazing gameplay, awesome high-caliber tournaments to watch, and loads of things to do with this. You can:
a) make your own server
b) make your own maps
c) make your own skins
d) use countless third party websites to enhance your experience
e) go to tournaments for this game specifically
f) browse custom servers

Totally worth 15 dollars, and even goes on sale for 5-10 dollars sometimes. My personal limit is I can spend 1 dollar per 1 hour played, and it'll be worth it. For this game though, I get a much higher money to hour ratio. I could put countless hours into this game, and will never be bored of it.

Borderlands is one of my favorite series of games. It always surprises me with how funny the game is, as well as how fluid the mechanics are. I was almost let down to see how quickly the game progressed, until I realized I hadn't even entered the claptrap part of the map. DO NOT start the next mode until you go back to platform 13(1/2) or something like that. I can't really remember what it's called.

Overall, I would give it 10/10. BL2 is still better and has better DLC, but this game isn't a bad followup. Plenty of hours from this game. (I play maily offline and have 100 hours easy, maybe 200 and that is with barely starting the second playthrough).

Disclaimer: I play offline mainly so my hours do not appear to be very high. I would say I have roughly 20-40 hours (still not that high). I don't have much to say other than that I was disappointed. I expected a lot of cosumization and less challenge. As most city builders, you start off without much choice, simply doing whatever is needed to stay afloat. However, I never felt the game progress to any point that satisfied me.

Overall, not terrible, just not worth 30 dollars. Maybe 10.

Balance:
This game is highly unbalanced. Just recently the NA servers went into the "renewals" which essentialy took away many of the fun skills as well as buffing certain classes to insane ends *cough* every rena class *cough*. Every character has its own playstyle, and each class can vary that playstyle vastly. However, it goes without saying that some characters will always be better than others, no matter how skillful you are. However, this game is fun even if you do not main one of the better classes. PvP is still winnable and PvE is nowhere near impossible.

Fun or Boring:
This game is an MMO, so expect grinding. However, expect much less grinding than any other MMO. Leveling is easy, especially considering the exp boosts that KoG is always giving along with free level boosts. HOWEVER, do not level boost your first character. Leveling up your first character for the first time can be one of the most fun things about this game. I am a PvE player and have yet to get bored after my countless hours. I have logged in 832.5 hours on steam as I write this review, but have been playing since May of 2013. Counting the hours I have before this game was on steam, I have quite a bit. The game is still being updated constantly. Events are nonstop, and new areas and level cap increases have been chaning a lot recently. The best part is, you can check the KR server for things to come in NA.

Community:
This is really a tough one. Given it is an anime game, except creeps as well as normal gamers. There are plenty of young kids who assume that playing a girl character means you are a girl irl... and will hit on you. Toy with them :) . Besides them, there are random roleplayers and such, but finding the right guild isn't hard. Many of the more active players will be in guilds that may not accept low levels, so finding good friends can be hard at first.

Way the Game Plays:
Image super mario smash brothers, except with spells, mana, and an amazing PvE system. Also, this game is much more respsonsive to controls given it is a PC game. Lag can be an annoying issue, as a party cannot kick a lagger. The only kicking system atm is one that allows all party members to vote to kick a player who hasnt dealt enough damage. Even buffers do enough damage, so if the button is lit, I suggest clicking it.

F2P:
This is a F2P game which means MANY MANY microtransactions. If you want to complain that this game has too many or that its game breaking, please cry elsewhere. Costumes are the only essential thing in this game that you can buy from the item mall. However, you can get yourself 4 costume pieces for 250mil ED if you dont mind your costume not matching. 250mil sounds like a ton at first, but given you earn over 1mil ED per level 70 run, and there are now lvl 80 dungeons, you can earn that ED fairly easily. Whats that? 250 runs just for costume pieces sounds like a grind? Fear not. As you level up, just make sure to hold onto your ED and you will have plenty. I am not even including items such as secret dungeon materials. You can obtain somewhere between 3-25 of these per run depending if you do lutos mode or not. Currently these prices went up to roughly 300k-400k per piece, so you can sell those easily. Not to mention, almost every event has free accessories or costumes that you can earn by simply playing enough (usually involves logging in for 10 minutes each day). PvP is limited by your gear, but PvE is not at all. I know someone who is ranked top 50 with a +9 weapon, which is now extremely easy to get if you understand the concepts of making money in this game.

Update:
The game is starting to see some growth in NA, despite the server population dying. Merchandise has been officially released, and content continues to be released. 3rd jobs will be released shortly, bringing back old players. On top of that, it is possible that a raid may be in the near future (1-2 years)? It's never too late to play catch-up, so start playing now!

i suck at this game but it is my favorite turn based game; 8 races, all with unique playstyles, differenct categories of cards to define what your deck is meant for, etc. Love building custom decks. I loved this game back when you had to spend money to get your own cards (which would then enable you to trade over the bazaar/market). Now you can easily earn gold + nora shards not only for cards but for avatars, campaigns and more! I haven't really played since ___Owl took over the game, but they have done great things with an already great game. Worth downloading. Warning though... people are VERY good at this game. I play campaigns mostly due to this ;^)

Very good game mechanics. Like quake, but with less weapons (which i think makes it more fun). Less weapons means its elss overwhelming and easier to master. Very nice movement mechanics and although quick swich is gone, I don't miss it a bit anymore!

Support is not very good however. One of my accounts was taken from me, and I contacted support, provided more than sufficient evidence that I was the owner of the account, and in the end they did nothing. They also banned me on vanilla forums for 0 reasons and gave no response when I asked why.

In terms of community, it's small but powerful. This game wouldn't be on steam right now without the wonderful veterans keeping their patience with this game. Many unfavorable changes have been made, but in the end they are not so bad. The communtiy loves making montages of kills their teams pulled off, artwork to support their clans, their own maps, and much more! We need you guys to make it even better. Give this game a try.

The moderators however need to be removed. Many moderators were great people and have been lovely to find in games. However, as much as they use to fit the titles they have, almost all of them have moved on to other things, and this is coming from their mouths. Other moderatrs (always a bad apple in the bunch) are disrespectful (im talking to you Karo and Luna). Shuffle mods and other positions ASAP please.

Specs.... you would think such a simple looking game would give great fps. Wrong... I currently get the same fps as I do in CSGO. This game is very hard to master at any fps below 80. I recommend 120 or above FPS to enjoy the game.

As for hackers, there used to be a ton of hackers, but I haven't seen even one since the steam release. As far as glitchers go, I don't know of any glitches that haven't been patched.

Content... I love that they brought back many of the older guns (too bad no handguns :3) and armor. They need more maps though! Getting some user created maps in workshop soon would be great.

Lastly, the clan system. Currently it only holds twelve players, making it hard to decide who gets the tag and who doesn't. It would be great to see a revamp to the clan system.

LF > someone to play with? Add me on steam! My IGN is The Unversed. I have been playing since August 2011 and can teach you some things (although I won't be much of a match until my new desktop).

EDIT: Actually... I've seen some hackers now. Guess they havent worked on that part quite yet. I recommend giving it time though. Lots of matches are private anyways.
