Hi.. i used to eat 2 cans of tuna a day for a year on my 1st year in college.. and after that i've had social anxiety problems like shaking when eye contacted and i'm telling you that stuff is definitely chemicals in the brain because i've started taking medicine and 80% of the shaking goes away but when off medicine it comes back .. tuna seriously gave me brain damage with its mercury poisoning bull****.. nobody else has my problem .. even newborn kids don't have this problem they are born with a clear brain unlike mine its contaminated forever and it will never go away.. and i know i never had that problem before the tuna diet.. tuna is contaminated.. tuna is crap. i hope everyone else dont fall for that do not eat tuna for a year and get the same problem as me ..tuna kind of handicapped my brain i feel like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ .. i'm slower than before too and i don't concentrate very well and i'm always awkward on photos and social occasions
