It is what I expected: Hollow Knight 2.
It's Hollow Knight with nice new features and a faster pace.
I found its difficult to be nice.
The game is huge (more features, more areas, more space, more playtime).

My biggest complaint are the hidden sections.
I've got almost all of them without googling but you always have to search them at some point.
And even if I got most of them, I almost did not find some of the very important ones, and the thought of missing those made me paranoid for the whole duration of the game.
I always appreciate some kind of late game tool for finding missing things, like the grub pins in Hollow Knight.

I'm craving for a replay feature with more challenges tho (Godhome style, but maybe with those enemy waves we encounter in-game; I really liked those more than some bosses).

It hurts me so much to click dislike, because I love that game, even though it's short. But I don't want people to be frustrated by the ending bug in which the ending is broken and you kind of can't end the game. I know it's a bit silly, because the rest of the game is there, but I'm achievement-driven. I use achievements to set my north in games and tell me what is left to do. It's not even a complex bug. The game does recognize the ending for instance to unlock new ships. And I know about SAM but I won't do it. If you don't care about this that much, I recommend the game a lot. The music is fire and the gameplay is nice and rewarding.
