Don't buy this game.

Don't get me wrong, this game is great. Good graphics, music, and game-play as both Jason AND the campers. I've had more fun playing this game in short succession than the hours I put into Dead by Daylight.

So why won't I recommend it? Because the game's dead. And I don't mean in the "Waaaaaaah, tHiS gAmE iS dEaD!" ♥♥♥♥ people do when a new patch comes out and they nerf their favorite weapon in Fortnite. I mean ACTUALLY dead.

Since 2018, the Friday the 13th franchise is stuck in a legal battle as the original scriptwriter is claiming ownership of the franchise. Because of this lawsuit, Gun Media has been forced by the court to not update the game, freezing it entirely.

"Well, that's okay... As long as the servers are still up, I'll pick it up and play!" Nooooope, no dedicated servers. Meaning most of the public matches you'll find are modded servers being run by hackers. Unless you find a discord server or have a group of friends who plays this game regularly like I do, its a waste of money.

Best Option? Wait till 2023, Gun Media is releasing another game like this but with The Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchise. You can be a california girl with Bubba instead of Jason. :)
