The only 2 mods i ever bothered with were grid keys & a camera mod - these are now both included in the game.

So far, so good, it's a very basic remaster but it wasn't promising to reinvent the wheel to begin with, though I really hope it will receive ongoing support a la AoE2 DE.
Sure the modding community can keep it going for some time, but I do love the approach the AoE2 DE has taken, adding ongoing QoL options to the game, continually tweaking & balancing & keeping their community engaged & thriving where so many other remasters have fallen flat.

While further race packs would also be much appreciated, just having some ongoing support would be enormous.

DON"T LISTEN TO THE EXAGGERATIONS: 100% PLAYABLE WITHOUT SPENDING AN EXTRA CENT!

I don't normally caps shout, but I feel this game accomplished exactly what it set out to do & reaching the end is easily achievable without spending an extra cent on loot or loot boxes.

Frankly, you don't even need to purchase the F2P boxes to beat the game., turn your damned enemies against you, that's how the previous game worked & it's no different here. Sure you can summon your own from boxes but there's honestly no need, I have 50 orcs just sitting around in my garrison gather dust as I type, of which over 10 are legendaries but that doesn't automatically make them good, mortal weaknesses matter more than rarity.

You can support a great game without supporting micro transactions by simply not buying micro transactions- it's honestly that easy. It won't mean that MTs will suddenly disappear over night, & I'm not saying don't complain, but don't spread lies to further your cause- this game is as easy as you make it.

Also, pit fights- you won't get many legendaries out of them(you might find a few), but overall, they're solid orcs that you can easily abuse with minimal effort.

Little short & more of an interactive show than a video game but that doesn't make it any less awesome!
