What can I say... It's the best Disgaea...

+ Pros
Same old game I fell in love with on ps2.
Pirates, everything's better with pirates. (And ninjas)
Spell system allows you to learn spells easy on any character.
Item worlds don't generally have unwinnable maps like d1.
Magichange, one of the few new things I like from the later Disgaea games is included.
A Princess named Rozy.
Even more princesses...
3 New characters. (Lots more if you played the ps2 version)

"Main character" is Adell and not Rozy...
Story is a little weak, I mean if you can't figure out what is going on with Overload Zenon you are a putz
I had to put up with Axel for an entire mode.
Some people are having a few minor bugs here and there.


Lets be real though, you already know if you are gunna buy this.
If you like Disgaea at all you are going to buy it.
If you like turn based strategy and haven't played a Disgaea, try it,
but seriously where have you been?

Scaling is not horrible like in BL2. 11/10 would play til my eyes bleed. And I regularly do.

The long lost love child of Metroidvania and Touhou?

This game is exactly what you expect it to be. If you like bullet hell and or Metroidvanina you will probably like this.

I anticipate playing though this many times and highly recommend it from what I've seen so far.
