How to mute a player when they're not on chat:
Press F7 and look for their name via report player tab and just copy their steam ID

Then you can type this in console :


To mute a player "mute Steam ID"
To unmute a player "unmute Steam ID"

To see who you muted just type "chat.mutelist".
you can also just follow the instruction it says when you want to unmute a specific player [prnt.sc]
