Years and years went on, Dirt 2, Dirt 3, Dirt Rally, Richard Burns Rally and now after all these years we finally get this absolute masterpiece we've all been waiting for for years and you guys absolutely nailed it! This is exactly what the Rally community needed after all those years! A new era has begun and this is just the beginning of it, the future looks bright for us Rally fans! I don't know how i can thank 505 games for releasing this piece of beauty out of the blue like this, i was sceptic about it running on Unreal Engine but i'm pleasantly surprised. The launch so far is solid, of course there are a few micro stutters but it doesn't even come close to the stutters i've experienced with the launch of EA WRC which was unacceptable, so very well done devs!
Of course i'd like to see some improvements in the future but i'm patient, for example a little more freedom in camera adjustment for us Single Screen racers would be amazing and automatic steering wheel angle adjustment would be amazing aswell, just like in Assetto Corsa EVO or AC. I can't wait for the multiplayer to release, i so want to blast through the stages with my buddies it's gonna be amazing. The game looks absolutely beautiful! This is definitely the most good looking Rally game ever made, you guys have proven that it is possible to use Unreal Engine for racing titles, if done correctly. So if you're hesitating buying this title, there really is no reason to hesitate unless you have a bad PC, every penny is worth it. I mean 30 bucks for a title like this is a no brainer, and right now it's on sale for 24! Rally fans it's time to hit that pedal to the metal!!!

As a beta tester i can say that this game is a very good game with a lot of potential! It is going to need a bigger map in the future though, other than that it just feels like the good old skate 3.
As of the negative reviews, don't take them seriously. It's just the millenial/beginning Gen Z generation complaining as always how back in the day everything used to be better and can't seem to enjoy a game without analyzing it and complaining about it. I really don't understand these people and will never understand them, they're filled with negativity and they always know better. Anyways, good game, did some sick flips, sick jumps sick everything f**k yeah. Please remember that this game is in EARLY ACCESS, so writing a review isn't really fair to be honest. People are trying to find every excuse to be able to complain about the game but i guess that's the world we live in, just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ play the game and have a good time, that's what gaming is about right? I miss the good old days when people didn't complain and just enjoy the game instead of writing negative reviews to ruin it for other people. There is not ONE game nowadays where people are not upset about something, just shut up and enjoy the game you're playing. People complaining about the fact that it's free to play and microtransactions blabla, you're responsible for your own wallet, nobody obliges you to purchase stuff, the game is accessible to everyone which is a good thing, if you decide to spend 50 bucks on a few clothing items, that's your problem, not the devs.

So yeah those are my thoughts about the game, just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ play it and stop complaining. This game does not deserve this negativity at all, i'm very thankful we finally after all these years have a new series of EA Skate and i love it! Just please for once enjoy the game and don't get sucked into all this negative undeserved ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. ♥♥♥♥ all the people that are complaining about absolutely nothing. Cheers.

Very good game, in my opinion the best Rally series from Codemasters with the best stages ever. Why am i saying that? Because you really have the feeling you're there, you start somewhere in an open field with straight big roads and suddently the landscape changes so do the roads, they become tight with very sharp turns and after that you find yourself on the top of a mountain and then you have to descend it,you somehow end up in a Quarry or a village with amazing scenery. I didn't really have this feeling with Dirt Rally, it's a good sim don't get me wrong but the stages were too tough in my opinion which makes it harder for some people with different skill level to compete, finishing a stage was the biggest challenge whether this game is a little bit more forgivable which just increases the fun and the play-ability. However it's sad we still can't drive with multiple cars physically on the stage, i really loved this multiplayer mode in the old Dirt games. If you're a wheel player, you have to tweak your force feedback a bit to get a better feeling on tarmac, the tarmac physics by codemasters have always been a thing and they will never get it accurate i think, but i didn't buy the game to drive on tarmac, i have other games/sims for that. But you can get a much better feeling in the wheel if you lower the Tyre friction to around 25%, this will give you much more information in my opinion. This was also a common tweak back in Dirt Rally.

However there are some issues to be resolved, i hope they will manage to fix it. What i'm talking about here are random freezes, mostly happening in Multiplayer lobbies where there are quite a lot of people, i'd say limit the lobbies to 10-12 people and problem solved for the time being. In career mode as any other singleplayer mode i'm not experiencing freezes anymore, some minor fps drops at places with lots of scenery but that's nothing unusual.

I'd say if you're a real rally enthousiast, buy it. If you're someone that hates experiencing bugs, please wait a few months for all the bugs to be fixed and then buy it. If you're a hardcore sim guy and you want the ultra realistic driving experience where you crash basicly every given corner, please... f... o.. and stay away from this game. People have gone crazy about this game, positively and negatively but in my opinion it's worth your money, the amount of content you get for the price is good and playing this with your friends or even alone is an awesome experience, when you've done a 25km stage without crashing it feels really rewarding. Don't buy the Season pass though, it's just a ripoff now, this was a free thing for early access buyers, it gives you some helmets, suits, gloves...
